I thought about the future of communication a little more and put it into more concrete terms for employee communication.
In my view, we have a great opportunity, maybe even an obligation, to actively shape the digital transformation of our companies. Just as our companies would do well to take a leadership role in Globalization 4.0 as just discussion at the World Economic Forum in Davos. However, to be able to do so, we need a new “operating system” for corporate communications.
