About us

My studies ended in 2003 with a degree as Dipl.-Ing. (Master of Engineering) at Technische Universität Darmstadt. After that, I worked for a consulting firm and developed software for e.g. Airbus, BMW and Bosch. In 2005, I started in the IT department of Merck, a global DAX-listed science and technology company. Here, I led a team of developers and consultants to deliver projects to internal communications and marketing departments.

End of 2012, after 7 years in IT, I decided to change to corporate communications and founded the Digital Media team. My first activities were to lead Merck into social media and successfully implement the EVA project. EVA unified >150 intranets and launched the Digital Workplace for all 50,000 Merck employees. Subsequently, I transferred the radical rebranding of the Group brand to all company websites of the Merck Group, thereby re-defining the digital communication strategy.

In March 2019, after another almost 7 years, I realized I need to give my dream a chance and founded Entrusted, my own company. In my career, I realized how important the link is between management, communication, marketing and IT. Thus, Entrusted provides strategic advice to mid-size and large companies for online PR and marketing, employee communications and digital-driven reorganization.

I am married, have two children and live with my family at the southhessian Bergstraße in Germany.
